When you submit a deal inquiry, we receive the contact and deal information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, estimated credit score, deal type, and property or project summary.

How information is used

Ascend Capital Lending uses submitted information to contact you, evaluate the scenario you asked us to review, identify possible financing options, and maintain ordinary business records. A website inquiry is not a loan application, approval, or commitment to lend.

Service providers and lenders

Information may be processed by service providers that support the website and email delivery. If you choose to proceed with a financing request, relevant information may be shared with lending partners and other parties involved in evaluating or completing the transaction.
